The draw for the 2024 Kentucky Derby Post Positions took place on Monday. The race will once again be a $5 million Grade 1 event and the positions were drawn at Churchill Downs. The odds-on favorite for the Kentucky Derby is Fierceness, who was installed as 5-2 and will race from the 17th post in the race.
This year's Derby is scheduled for a 6:57 p.m. post time and it will be televised nationally on NBC.
