Hockey Dudes: Lay the wood Monday?

Ill come back and see what you experts are thinking.  Layed heavy wood twice and won and grabbed DET last nite.  Looks like you gotta play DET no matter.

A total play recommendation would be appreciated to hedge the play, but I think theres only a 10 percent chance the PENS win.  GL to you.

I'm no hockey expert, but in the four games of this series, they haven't combined to go over 5 goals.  In the last 10 playoff games, the Wings have only gone over once, with 6 unders and 3 pushes.  And the Pens have yet to score in Hockeytown this series, losing 4-0 and 3-0.

    I'm looking at Under 5 goals +105 and Det -1.5 goals +125.

Best of luck to you MarkO

I got an idea, an idea so smart my head would explode if I even began to know what I was talking about.

I'm looking at the -1.5 side as well. Not sure about the total though Detroit could score 5 goals themselves in this game. Pens haven't scored a goal in Detroit, team total for Pens is 2.

Re: Hockey Dudes: Lay the wood Monday?

I would consider the PL in this one. In 7 of detroit 9 home playoff wins they have won by 2 goals or more. Detroit is 8-2 vs P{itt in the last 10 played with them winning by 2 goals or more in 7 of those 8 win. Pitt has to be demoralized, goig back to Detroit, where trhey have been outscored 7-0 in the 2 games played there, down 3-1. They will not be up for this one and you know the Wings wanna win this one for the home crowd, so they will go out all to end it early. Just my thoughts.

Going downtown early than to the game. Trying to AVOID betting ANYTHING on it. Taking the UNDER takes the fun out of the game since I will be there.

All the stars are aligning for a blow out Wings win, but we all know how that goes.
