    Re: week one value

Liking the Rams , Panthers and Bills...........Buff had lots of injuries last year  and if healthy will be better........same with panthers......QB healthy in week one and some decent WR to help take double coverage off Smith...10 pts is  lot in NFL....same with Rams, if healthy have to look hard at em with 7 and anytime u get 7 or more in NFL u have to look hard at the dog.....even if down  23-10 late the ole back door cover is in play.....late score for 23-17 final gets the  money

and the Seahawks will be traveling coast to coast (buff) for 1pm game........not good for west coast team

Panthers +10 would be my top play right now. Also really like the Bills as well.

Do you guys think the Marshawn Lynch situation will affect the Bills at all heading into the season?

If he can't play, yes. If you ask me to name a rookie other than Peterson that I was most impressed with last year, it would be Lynch. I was really impressed with the way he ran between the tackles and his ability to grind out tough yards, despite playing without a great QB. If there is no Lynch, there is no bet on the Bills for me. OK, stop talking about football. I'm starting to get the shakes from withdrawal. Big Smile

I don't think he will be suspended, but it can't be good for the chemistry of the team.  Your boy Hardy was called on as a witness for the hit-and-run, which means Lynch is already rubbing off on the youngsters.  Just wondering how this might play out.  Otherwise, I think the Bills could be solid this year...

From my experience Matty, unless it's something really serious, that stuff rarely bothers a team. We'll have to see how it plays out but if it goes away soon, it won't matter at all. Pro athletes are where they are because they can put that stuff behind them and play once the whistle blows. At least that's what I've come to see most of the time.
