GF's 4th of July Bases (((3-2 day))) Top play Winner

Boston -119 (4.76/4.0) Winner

Backing Beckett here.....nuff said.....thats my write-up....If he's off, I lose......I think Boston can get to Rasner much easier than NYY can get to Beckett.....we shall see.....Go BoSox......

White Sox -155 (4.65/3.0)         Loss

Mark Buehrle goes for his 5th str8 Win.  He is 4-0 with a 1.15 ERA in his last five starts. All 5 starts he went atleast 7 innings. Buehrle has a 2.57 ERA in his last five starts versus Oakland. He is 3-2 with a 2.96 ERA in 7 starts at home this year. As for his counterpart; Joe Blanton.....he is 1-5 with a 7.49 ERA in his last six starts. He gave up seven runs and eight hits in four innings of an 11-1 home loss to San Francisco on Sunday. I fully expect WSox sticks to hammer Joe and chase him early...Oakland has struggled against lefty starters this season averaging just 3.6 rpg. So I am making a strong play on the WSox 2night.....best of luck to fellow White Sox backers 2night....

I'm adding JJ's Twins 2night. I like this 1 as well & will bump it up 1 Unit since he has it as such a strong play.

I hate to agree with you here GF because I have the Yanks to win the series. However, I thought they were going to get to Lester tonight. Obviously, I couldn't have been more wrong. Needless to say, I don't like my chances tomorrow with Meatball Rasner on the mound. He sucks.

I''ll most likely be with ya on this one. Beckett is clearly superior to Rasner and as Tommy Rider wrote earlier tonight, the yanks are not playign wit any heart right now. There are too many distractions on this team for them to focus. This is a solid play.
