These teams played a wild game yesterday that saw 18 runs cross the plate. The Reds jumped out to a big lead and scored a couple late to win the game, but it wasn't pretty. I like the Reds to once again get into that Brewers bullpen, for what it's worth.
Frankie Montas gets the start for the Reds, he's been strong in a pair of starts already this year, having yielded just one run in almost 12 innings of work. He's struck out nine while scattering nine hits in that time as well. I like him to be solid today against Milwaukee.
The Beermen's pen threw almost five innings last night and today they are sending Joe Ross to the bump. He wasn't bad in his first start against Minnesota, but threw only 3 2/3 innings. If Cincinnati can get into the Milwaukee pen, I'll like their chances.
I'm playin the Reds this evening.
