Had a similar problem with them a week or two ago, only it went the other direction. I put in a Boston ticket at -120 both on Bovada and BetOnline the night before the game, around 12:30am. The following morning Boston announced a pitcher change and the price adjusted, shooting the Red Sox up to almost -200. BetOnline marked it as No Action and returned the bet, but Bovada simply adjusted the juice. Rather than returning the bet and giving the customer the option of re-betting the Red Sox with a new pitcher and ridiculously high vig, I was now forced to risk my full unit to win just a half. I used to love Bovada because I trusted them and their payouts were quick, now I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The only reason I haven't completely left them yet is because they offer early team totals with alternate lines. They will also let me parlay alternate line team totals early which I often do. They got me for a unit on that Red Sox play, but I've since won that unit back plus plenty more. I've never had issues with payments from them, and now I just want to take as much money from Bovada as possible. Every time I win a bet there it makes me smile a little bigger. Sorry to hear your bet was cancelled, but I'm glad you were able to get your bet back and place it on another game.
